ABOUT ME

Marquis Ryan Walker is an American Photographer who has spent much of his career in Asia. His work has examined social and physical transformations in some of Asia's largest cities, such as Chongqing, Ho Chi Minh City, and Bangkok. He is the author of a photographic book, Motion and Stillness, published in 2025.

Marquis aims to capture the world as he sees it. Whether through candid life or posed portraits, the authentic moments of everyday people drive him to present an experience to remember. The Marquis Gallery is where he presents photography and collaborates with other like-minded galleries to display photography in various forms of expression. There is no greater joy than being behind the camera, capturing emotion and bringing it to others.
